Strength
Hope is the tail wag that comes back after you thought it was gone for good. It lives in the small things, a patch of sun, a nose through the fence, the sound of the lock turning at the end of the day — and it grows every time one dog shows another that the wait is worth it.
Strength isn't about being the biggest dog in the yard or the one with the loudest bark. It's about getting back up after the hard days, showing up for the dogs who need you, and being soft enough to sit with someone else's pain without looking away.
I met Mom II on Oct 4th 2024. She was squatting in a rat infested shithole and invited my in off the street. She cleaned it up and made a cozy home for us to hide from the police. She made me steak bites from free filet mignon twice a week. She always came home from the food bank with the best of the best, meats and cheeses, which really highlighted her good karma.

We believe every dog deserves someone on the other side of the fence. Our mission is to make sure no dog waits alone, struggles in silence, or goes through the hard stuff believing that nobody sees them.

Our Approach
We don't fix dogs — we sit with them until they remember they were never broken. Every dog gets met where they are, not where we think they should be, and we adjust the timeline to the dog, never the other way around.

Rocco taught me how to lift my leg when I shit so that onlookers think I'm peeing and my dad can pretend the poop didn't happen.
